From here, in fact, passing through the nearby and charming village of Elva, you can follow the spectacular panoramic route that directly links the Val Maira to the Val Varaita, opening up a world of endless nature and cultural trails.
Getting to the inn is easy and straightforward, whether by car or on public transport:
- By car or motorbike (and where to park): Once you reach Stroppo Bassura, you can conveniently park your vehicle right in the village’s main square, or use the parking spaces available just below the inn.
- By Bus (Public Transport): If you prefer to travel without a car, the inn is well connected to the town of Cuneo and its railway station. The bus stop (served by Route 78 Cuneo–Dronero–Acceglio operated by the Granda Bus / Autolinee Benese consortium) is just 50 metres from our entrance, making arrival and departure easy and hassle-free, even for those travelling on foot.
